Brief Answer:
Apply antibiotic cream

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
This is Dr. Aslam, a Pediatrician here to help you.
I have gone through your query and seen the picture attached.

There is mild inflammation over there. I guess there are no other associated symptoms like discharge, foul-smelling, pain/discomfort while passing urine, or frequent urge to urinate.

You can apply an antibiotic cream like Bacitracin, which is available over the counter. Clean the area with lukewarm water, mop dry, and apply the cream twice daily for 5 days. Also, give Acetaminophen suspension(250mg/5ml) 5ml 2-3 times a day for pain as needed. Also, avoid forceful retraction of the foreskin as this might worsen the condition.

If symptoms are not coming down in 3-5 days, or if he develops the aforementioned symptoms, kindly get back to me so that we can manage accordingly.

I hope this answer will help

Hi Doctor, As per your advice, I have bought Neosporin for Bacitracin. When I asked for Acetaminophen, I was given Combiflam. Are both the medicines okay? Please suggest. As of now, my son doesn't have any pain.

Brief Answer:
Combiflam not needed

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,

Combiflam contains a combination of Acetaminophen(Paracetamol) and Ibuprofen. This is used only for severe pains not responding to simple analgesics. Plain Paracetamol is the safest analgesic for children for mild-moderate pains. Also, analgesics need not be given if there is no pain. Give only when needed

Hope I have answered your query
