Hi Doctor, I Have Attached My Master's Health Checkup Report.

Question: Hi Doctor,

I have attached my Master's Health checkup report. Please suggest me treatment based on it.

Few queries :

1) Is my hemoglobin far too low? Do I need supplement?
2) I have had dizziness and headache issues for 3 months now. I have visited a doctor for vertigo and he confirmed that it is because of chronic sinusitis and climate. He told me that problem is on my right side and will take time to resolve. Is Vitamin D also the reason for prolonged dizziness.
3) How about my Vitamin B12 levels. Do I need a supplement?
4) I am not taking any diabetic medicine. Do I need to start now?
5) I have sleep issues. I rarely get a good sleep. Even if I get the sleep it's highly disturbing and have full of nightmares. I hardly sleep 4-5 hours a day. Is it due to any deficiency? Please suggest.

Medicines I now take regularly :

1) Eritel ln 40 - for BP
2) Rosuvaz EZ 10mg - for Cholestrol
3) Vertin 24 for Vertigo
4) Nootropil 1200 for vertigo
5) Allegra M every evening
6) PAN D some times for gastritis
