Question : Hi Doctor,
I see small cut/tear on my penis skin and I%E2%80%99m starting to worry a bit as it is over 6 months now and it doesn%E2%80%99t heal. I felt this could be from dryness/friction and hoped it would heal over time and haven%E2%80%99t reached out to a doctor for help so far. Appreciate if you could review and let me know if this is less serious and not to be worried or if I should visit an hospital for further help?
I would like to acknowledge that I resort to mastrubation 2-3 times a week and I do it dry without any gel/lotion.
Also my general skin condition is dry.
This area doesn%E2%80%99t itch or pain. Just the physical existence is bothering.
Thanks in advance.

Brief Answer:
Need more information and clearer images without flash
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to ask a doctor service. I have gone through your query and viewed the image.
They could be genital warts. Are they raised? Unfortunately the image is not very clear. I request you to kindly upload a few more images of the affected area WITHOUT FLASH. Also let me know if you have had any sexual contacts in past?
Hope to assist you further with your concern.
