Hello!
Welcome to Ask a Doctor service!
Regarding your concern, I would explain that high LDL cholesterol and ALT levels could be related to alcohol intake.
Losing some weight, has helped lower cholesterol levels further.
For this reason, I would recommend repeating those blood lab tests again, as a month has passed since your last tests.
I would also encourage you to follow a healthy lifestyle ( healthy diet, Mediterranean diet is recommended, regular physical activity, no alcohol or smoking).
Hope you will find this answer helpful!
Kind regards,

Hi Doctor,
Last month I had a blood test when I approach a doctor for cold symptoms and my ALT level found 296 U/L, LDL 142 mg/dl, HDL 29 mg/dl, and triglycerides 149 mg/dl.
after that, I was totally stopped my alcohol intake started physical exercise on a daily basis. Last time when I asked a doctor from health care magic he advised me to check my blood after 2 months.
now I reduced my weight from 86.3 kg to 80.5 kg.
kindly advise further...

Brief Answer:
I would explain as follows:
Detailed Answer:
Hello again!
I would not recommend frying fish with olive oil, because it gets destroyed from heat and many toxic substances get released in the air during this process.
For this reason, I would recommend using it only when frying in the oven or after cooking ( boiled vegetables, etc.).
Hope you will find this answer helpful!
Wishing all the best,
