Question : Hi Doctor,
My daughter is 2.5 yrs old.
Her front teeth have some yellowish brown appearance. Please see the attached pic.
We are using Fluoride free toothpaste to brush her teeth.

Please suggest what could be the cause and solution for this issue?

Brief Answer:
Can be staining, please provide more details.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for writing to us.

Well, it looks like staining as the teeth are not appearing pitted or no abnormality is visible in other teeth.

However I need a few more details so that I can advise you better.

-Since how long are the stains present?
-Is the staining seen on other teeth also?
-Are the teeth surface smooth or rough?
-Is the staining as it is or is increasing?
- Any other abnormality in teeth or growth of your child?

Please revert back with answers..

Regards.
