We are planning to conceive from last 3 months but its not happening. Can you suggest something which we can do, like taking any vitamins or any other thing. She is already taking medicine for thyroid and folic acid.

Thanks for teh query,
If you both have been trying for last 3 months , and you both do not have any issues pertaining to infertility , then it is apt for her to continue her thyroid meds along with folic acid supplementation. Also would be important to follow her fertile period to increase your chances of natural intercourse conception. You may opt for ovulation kits to time her fertile period and it would be helpful.
Please share any investigations of your both , if done , for review and purview.
