                                            Question : Hi Doctor,
before 2 months I had a blood test when I approach a doctor for cold symptoms and my ALT level found 296 U/L, LDL 142 mg/dl, HDL 29 mg/dl, and triglycerides 149 mg/dl.
after that, I was totally stopped my alcohol intake started physical exercise on a daily basis. Last time when I asked a doctor from health care magic he advised me to check my blood after 2 months.
now I reduced my weight from 86.3 kg to 80.5 kg and did another blood test and found SGPT 50 and SGOT 29.Is it seems good? and can i go back to my daily routine with moderated exercise?
kindly advise further...

                                    Brief Answer:
No need for another test.
Detailed Answer:
I don't think there is a need to do another test to verify it. The first value is also elevated because you were having a viral infection and possibly using acetaminophen, tyenol, ibuprofen or other drugs which can increase liver enzymes.
So I don't believe you need to do another test.
