Question : Hi Doctor. i have a skin rash on my right groin only which has been going on for a bit, but not sure the cause for it. what should i do to treat it? it does not itch. attached picture

Welcome to ask a doctor service
I have gone through your query and reviewed the attached photograph.
It seems to be intertrigo which is inflammation of the body fold.
I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like cortisone cream on the affected areas twice daily along with application of an anti fungal dusting powder on the groins 2-3 times in a day.
Also keep the area dry and clean.
