I Have A Very Serious Problem Of Severe OCD?

Question : Hi Doctor, i have a very serious problem, it's a severe OCD. I say severe because i wake up to just doing compulsions. I wrote a long explanation to you but the app has a limite so i delete some parts, but i sent you photos of the whole explanation please read it because i really need help doctor and i am sorry to make to long. The idea that i have now and ruin my life those days is: 2 days ago i was doing a compulsion (a sentence in an article i must read it without having any body reactions in any part of my body (and this is impossible because it is not me who control those things) otherwise this will cause damage in cells DNA of that part of the body and cause cancer. For exemple i read the sentence and i feel a body react in my stomach with the idea of cancer. So if i do not repeat the sentence without getting this, i will have stomach cancer. Anyways, after a long while doing this i finished by reading it not perfectly but better than the previous attempts. The idea related to it was prostate cancer in this case. I had to read it without getting the fear of prostate cancer while reading it. So after i finished my compulsions, i did not read it perfectly at the end without having any reactions or pain in my prostate area. I tried to convince my self that i read it without any fear and normally and i did my best. And while thinking and convincing my self, my brain was full loaded and tired and i was not able to think anymore (because i was thinking for hours), so i did a pressure on my brain and my mind to continue my compultions (my reassurance), and what happened is: i felt a weird feeling like a pain in my brain due to the pressure that i did on my brain to continue thinking, and with that pain i've got the idea of prostate cancer. And the following idea now just popped up in my head (What if this pain that i felt in my brain due to the overthinking and the pressure that i did on it damage the DNA and genes in my prostate cells and cause prostate cancer?? What if this pain mixing with fear cause damage to DNA and genes in a certain way in my prostate cells? i don't know the way how it does that but what if it happens?? What if that fear and pain in that moment when i had the idea and when i did the pressure on my brain (maybe 1 second or less) affect the prostate cells in a certain way and damage their DNA and genes and cause prostate cancer?? What if there is a connection in a certain way between the idea and the cells (DNA and genes) or what if the idea has the power to break the DNA or genes in a certain way ? or has the power to block the immune system so that many DNA errors and genes mutation occur and cause protate cancer?? Doctor, can just an idea cause DNA errors or genes mutation in a direct way in a part of the body or an organ in a certain way??? (An idea with a extreme fear for 1 or few seconds) Is there a connection between the idea and the cells of the body in a certain way and in a direct way? Can the idea weaken or block the immune system for a few second so that DNA errors ans genes mutation occur and the immune system can not repair that after it recovers and back to normal???? Please Doctor i want an answer: Does an idea and the fear related to, have the power when they come, to destroy DNA and cause errors in it and cause genes mutation in a direct way????? Can the idea and the fear related to it weaken or block in a direct way the immune system for a few second so that DNA errors ans genes mutation occur and the immune system can not repair that after it recovers and back to normal???? Please Doctor answer all of my questions and i am sorry to make this too long for you but really i need help i can not do anything in my life anymore. Now i feel like i got DNA damages and genes mutations in some of my prostate cells because of the idea above and its fear and i will get prostate cancer in the future after years. I can not do anything. When i try to do anything like thinking of my plans for the future my mind is like (Ok but you have genes mutations now and DNA errors in some of your prostate cells and you will be dead after few years because of that so what you are planning for is useless) so i became very sad and anxious and i lost the desire and the motivation to do anything even simple things like grocery shopping. Please Doctor answer me! Does the idea and extreme fear related to it has the power physically and directly to destroy DNA and cause errors in it and genes mutations and cause cancer?? I well understand that, however i am gonna ask you a question : So i do not need any tests for prostate or brain cancer in the future because of those ideas and situations???? I am sorry for the question but i need to ask it to be sure !! I mean am i in risk? or not at all??
