Question: Hi Doctor, my skin at neck got infected like in attached images, please suggest.
Brief Answer:
Contact dermatitis
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to ask a doctor service..I have gone through your query and viewed the images.
Seems like contact dermatitis..I suggest you to use a moisturizer regularly. In addition I suggest you to use a moderately potent topical steroid after applying the moisturizer e.g either mometasone furoate 0.1% cream or fluticasone propionate 0.05% cream, twice daily for a few days. Topical steroids are prescription medications.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you need any more assistance
