A urologist or XXXXXXX is the person who diagnose the erectile dysfunction.
Sexual and medical history is the first line in evaluation. A detailed clinical evaluation along with other investigations like ultrasound are required to confirm the diagnosis.
An overnight erection test is also required for confirmation.
A psychological evaluation is also required preferably with both partners.
