64/F underwent corneal transplant for right year last year. Kindly suggest for the likely future prognosis post-surgery and other complications related to both eye.She also underwent cataract surgery for the left eye last year and is a known hypertensive on Tab Telmisartan 80mg.

In my opinion, corneal graft may reject in few cases or the transparency maynot be there is upto 25% cases. Rejection is usually reversible with steroids.
