Hi Dr Chail, How Are You Doing? I Have Still

Question: Hi Dr Chail,
How are you doing?
I have still been dealing with further complications of apparent intestinal perforations. So far, they have not been confirmed medically.
However:
I recently found that doing upright chest xrays may be beneficial for finding even trace amounts of free air under the diaphragm, which would be indicative of a tear.
I am sending two images as attachments via the attachments email service to you.
Are you able to see whether there is any sign of air under the lungs, and outside of the GI tract (ie, free air under the diaphragm or intraperitoneally?)
Thank you so much for your time.

Hi,
Thanks for sending the images in email.
The chest xrays are very clear. There is no free air under the diaphragm. The stomach though, is showing some amount of air in the lumen.

Thank you. The xrays seemed to not show any at the time of being taken.
At other times, however, I may feel symptoms and signs consistent.
I may send additional xrays in the near future. If any of them show any signs of free air, it would be extremely beneficial to my case!
I have been living with undiagnosed intestinal tears for some time now. You may recall some of the earlier details.
Thank you so much for your time and feedback, Doctor!
