Need to rule out pregnancy if you are active sexually...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I assume you have periods regularly in the past and delayed period like this one is rare occurrence. If the periods are irregular in the past let me know in the follow up.
In this situation, the first step is to check for pregnancy if you have been sexually active. Pregnancy can be checked easily through home urine pregnancy test. If you aren't active sexually and pregnancy is ruled out, I would start you on primolut N 10mg tablets taken twice a day for 3-5 days. Period will resume 2 days after stopping medicines.
Since you have a planned visit on 16th this month, I would suggest to follow the steps as soon as possible. Your local doctor will know about the medicines and can prescribe it to you.
Hope this helps. Let me know if you need clarifications.
Regards
 Rule out pregnancy..
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I assume you have ruled out pregnancy. If not then the first step is to rule it out through urine pregnancy test or blood beta hCG test.
If pregnancy is ruled out then we can start Tab Primolut N 10mg twice daily until 18 th. As discussed earlier period should resume in 2-3 days after stopping medicines.
You can get the tab prescribed by a gynecologist.
Regards
 you may continue the medicine...
Detailed Answer:
Apologies for the late reply...
You may start the tablet and continue as suggested. It might work if periods (bleeding) has not started yet.
Hope this helps. Let me know if you need clarifications.
