Brief Answer:
The pain in left groin during ejaculation is not due to hernia
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
The pain in left groin during ejaculation is unlikely to be due to Inguinal Hernia per se.
The pain in groin may be due to pulling up or dragging of momentum in hernial sac. If left untreated it will gradually increase in size and may get obstructed creating an emergency situation.
Thanks.
