Brief Answer:
You have Bilateral Indirect Inguinal Hernia with Left sided Varicocele.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Thanks for uploading your scrotal Doppler Scan report which reveals Indirect Inguinal Hernia on both sides with Varicocele on Left side.

There is NO OPTION except surgery for Inguinal Hernia. Please consult qualified Surgeon for clinical assessment and get the surgery done as per your convenience. The varicocele on left side can be operated at the same time.

Hope I have answered your query. Please feel free to ask if you have more questions I shall be happy to address your concern.

Thanks.

Regards,
Dr Patil.

Is that the reason for pain on my left groin during ejaculation only.. no other pain observed during urination etc. You advised the below

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that the pain in groin that you have during ejaculation could be mostly due to infection of Spermatic Cord (Funiculitis).

Please get your routine urine test, Semen examination and Ultrasound Scanning of scrotum done to confirm the diagnosis.

Start taking antibiotics like Doxicycline along with anti inflammatory drug Diclofenac twice daily .

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions,I shall be happy to help you

Brief Answer:
The pain in left groin during ejaculation is not due to hernia

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

The pain in left groin during ejaculation is unlikely to be due to Inguinal Hernia per se.

The pain in groin may be due to pulling up or dragging of momentum in hernial sac. If left untreated it will gradually increase in size and may get obstructed creating an emergency situation.

Thanks.

Regards,
Dr Patil.
