Please find my pictures in attachment. From 1 week i have discomfort in my mouth as am unable to open my mouth n to eat anything. It seems like there is cut inside my cheek beside last teeth... please help...

I read your query and here is my advice.

I see the picture you uploaded and there is an ulcer in your mouth. There are different causes for it like irritation, dental work, different substances , viruses etc.
You may need to apply baking soda on it or rinse it with salt water or soda water.
Also you can apply mouth gel like orajel or anbesol. Also you can take anti-inflammatory drugs such ibuprofen and acetaminophen for mouth pain.
Use cold water to rinse it.
