Following changes are identified in the shoulder xrays given

Thanks for writing in to us.
The xrays of right shoulder are showing the following
There is decreased acromioclavicular distance and mild degenerative changes in the acromial end.
There are mild degenerative changes in the lateral part of acromion and in the superior lateral part of head of humerus and in the greater tuberosity area.
There is mild calcification of the distal supraspinatus tendon near the greater tuberosity attachment.
The medial shoulder joint space is normal.
