Brief Answer:
No need to worry about it

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
I have gone through your history and reports and understand your concerns.
Your reports are suggestive of subchorionic hematoma and small bleed in your ultrasound.
It is due to placental leak, nothing to be worried about it, it will absorb automatically.
You have to take proper rest and avoid any physical activity and sex to avoid bleeding.
You can take progesterone as well to support pregnancy.
Placental lakes are not visible ( in my opinion, but I am not a radiologist, you can take radiologist opinion),but if they are there only causes problems when they are very big in size and affect baby growth.
Drink a lot of warm water and soft diet and lifestyle changes are required in your case.
Hope found useful, feel free to ask more information.
Good luck
Regards
