Question : Hi Dr XXXXXXX
One of my friend has consumed 2 Parad 30mg tablet.
Name is ZANDU XXXXXXX RASA
Post the intact vometing occured 2 times but she is feeling ok
Is there any thing to worry about.

Hi Dr,

Yes this was the 1st time she took the tablet.

She vomited to take out the tablet but could not see the tablet and she vomited after 30 - 40 Mints post taking the tablet.

it has been 15 hrs since she took the tablet and till now she is feeling ok.

Is there any medicine which she could take to clean the stomach.

Hi,

Sorry for the delayed response,

There is no need to worry.

I believe the dissolved tablet would have come out.

The poisoning with two 30 mg tabs is negligible.

She can take Tab PAN D 30 min before food for 1 week and stop, only to be on the safer side.
