Brief Answer:
There is mild to moderate cervical spondylosis, minimal increase from 2016

Detailed Answer:
Hi LAZAR,
Thanks for writing in to us.

The cervical curvature is mildly straightened in the xray done in 2016 and in the recent xray there is more straightening of the cervical vertebrae.

The alignment is well maintained in both xrays.

There are beaking anterior osteophytes in the cervical vertebrae and the ostophyte at the anterior inferior part of C4 is bridging the disc space between C4 and C5 vertebrae as you can see. Comparing both xrays I find minimal increase in the size of osteophytes in C4 and C5 vertebrae.

There are mild posterior osteophytes from C3 to C7 vertebrae levels.

The posterior elements are normal in shape except for mild degenerative changes.

The C2-C3 disc space is minimally decreased in the 2016 xray and in the recent xray there is minimal decrease if C2-C3 and C3-C4 disc space.

The pre and para-vertebral soft tissues appear normal.

The lines are normal in both xrays.

There is no significant compression or height loss in the vertebrae.

The facet joints are showing mild degenerative changes in both xrays.

You have mild to moderate cervical spondylosis. I suggest you get a MRI scan of the cervical spine done if there are no contraindications in getting a MRI scan done.

If the MRI does not show any significant neural foramina or spinal canal stenosis and if the cervical spinal cord is normal then you may continue doing physical exercise under supervision of your therapist.
