I Would Like To Some Help In Figuring Out These Results

Question : Hi Dr, my aunt has not been feeling well and has gotten a stool test done. I would like to some help in figuring out these results as to whether anything is wrong. The test results are as following:
STOOL ANALYSIS:
Consistency: Soft
Color: Yellowish
Reaction: Alkaline
Mucus: NiL
Blood: NiL
MICROSCOPIC
PusCells: 20 -- 25
RBCs: 4 -- 6
Cyst: E.Histolytica
Trophozoites: Not seen
Ova: Not seen
Flagellete: Not seen
Yeast: (+++)
Worms: Not seen
Undig.Food: (+)
Others: Bacteria (+++)

Hi for culture test of stool.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Have seen the details of your aunt,
Actually she is having Bacterial as well as fungal infection of the gut a stool culture and sensitivity test should also be done to find out which antibiotic is the bacteria sensitive and a course of that antibiotic has to be given to her accordingly.
A probiotic to replete good Flora of intestine would also be started along with antibiotic.
She has to take really light food preferably home cooked and vegetarian for few days.
