Brief Answer:
Improve potassium levels.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

The muscles itching are known to happen during exercise and especially if you do excessive stretching or a sudden movement that you are not prepared or not warmed up.
Also the low potassium levels are a cause of muscle cramps and twitching.
First thing to do is to increase the potassium levels. You can use food such spinach, potatoes, banana or low sodium beans etc.
You can use antinflamatory drugs such advil or acetaminophen if the cause is stretching.
Taking vitamin B supplements can improve it.

Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
