Question : Hi,
For past few days I have mild itching or strain on anal, while passing stool. Sometimes that itching or irritation is there even when not passing stool. Like lying down or sitting. I have also seen that there will be urge to pass stool , 3-4 times a day. and never seems that stool has been passed out completely. Stool colour seems to be normal, with no blood.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

From your description, there seems to be a lump in anal area possibly hemorhoid. An Anal examination is needed to be done by a surgeon.

Other causes could be worm infestation, infection or irritable bowel.

So a stool analysis routine and for ova and cyst will also be helpful.
