Question : Hi Good Morning, I have a query regards to my mother's helath. She is an arthritis patient and have joint pains, actually she is under medication of homeopathy but unfortunately due to this lo this lockdown situation they were not able to provide medicine's and not even responding to our calls. Her medicines got over a week before and she is having lot of pains evening times hence I would request you suggest some medicines so we can go and buy in medical shop. Hi Thanks for posting the query.
Tried calling you but your number is not reachable.

You can give her Tab. Zerodol P 1 tablet 2 times a day when ever she has pain. You can ask her to apply oxalgin nano gel to apply on the pain affected region.
If getting medicines is not possible you can give her paracetamol tablet 3 times day if available at home and ask her to apply any pain killer gel at home.

Give her hot fomentation by using hot water bag or hot towel.

Any issue do follow up.
