Question : Hi, How are you?

I seem to get little red spots on my penis after any form of sexual activity. Last time i saw my doctor he said it was balantitis but it just seems odd its constantly reoccurring. When it reappears i apply hydrozole cream and in less than 24hrs its all gone.

Whats going on?
