Question : Hi I accidentally gave few drops of mucain gel in milk instead of calcium syrup to my 24 days old son is it okay as if just gave him one spoon of it and threw all out as soon as I realized

No need to worry.
Just ensure you feed him well.
At the most baby can have mild vomiting, diarrhea or constipation. Sometimes you may notice white color stools.
All this is not harmful and with one spoon it shouldn't cause harm.
