I don't think that you should be much concerned about it.
Most of the plastic pieces pass through the gastrointestinal tract in a day or two, without causing any symptoms.

Do not be anxious and don't panic.
Don't try to induce vomitings.
Have some bananas or mashed potatoes.

Any possibility of complications or long-lasting ill effects on your health is unlikely.

Thank you for your response. It was like the long thin part of the the tag and I feel like it’s caught in my throat. My breathing is fine. I’m just not sure what to do if it is stuck...

That feeling of being stuck in the throat may last for some time due to the local irritation.
It will wean off very soon.

As esophagus inlet is the narrowest part of the digestive tract,once the foreign body crosses it,it won't get stuck anywhere.
