Question : Hi I am 13, uncircumsized and not had sex yet. I have no other medical problems, which require me to take medication. But I've started to notice that my penis smelt very bad because there was a white,bubbly liquid around my penis. My penis kept on producing that liquid even after I showered, which made my penis smell. Does anyone know what I should do to stop this penis smell? I clean my penis with warm water, no shampoo or bubble bath.

You need to retract foreskin , wash your glans and genitals with warm water

Thanks for query ,Based on the facts that you have posted smell of the penis that you have is due to collection of smegma a thick mucus secreted by glans penis beneath the foreskin .When this thick mucus gets dried up it smell bad .

You need to retract the Foreskin and wash glans penis and entire penis gently with warm water twice daily .
