Question: Hi, I am 24 year old male and weight is 74 kg. I do daily workout in gym. Want to loost unnecessary fats and maintain proper health.

As your concern is losing weight I would recommend a consistent workout along with diet control including low carbohydrate and high protein workout .I would recommend blood test to rule out thyroid disease/anemia /vitamin deficiency / dyslipidemia which can make losing weight difficult.
