Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to ask a doctor service
I have gone through your query and reviewed the attached photographs.
I would recommend you to take capsule isotretinoin( cap isotroin) 20 mg once daily at bedtime and apply nadifloxacin gel on the pimples twice daily.
Isotretinoin is a prescription drug and should be taken under the supervision of the doctor.
Also you don’t have to concieve while on isotretinoin and for 3 months after stopping it.
Also avoid sugars, daily products, avoid oiling of scalp and cosmetics.

Brief Answer:
Welcome
Detailed Answer:
You can buy the medicines from the pharmacy.
It should be taken for at least 10-12weeks.
You will have to take them whenever you experience a severe flare.
A course of this medicine will ensure no acne for at least few years as there is no permanent cure.
Use your sunscreen regularly whether indoors or outdoors.
Welcome
