Question : Hi,
I am 35 yr old
I'm having severe paranoia and anxiety issues
It was there from my childhood
Now it is very worst that it affects my day to day life
Like fear about catching disease
Losing loved ones
Getting legal issues
Losing money
Fear of accident during travel
And many more
I have not consulted any doctor
It's not just fear, visualizing the worst scenario often
No able to sleep without sleeping pills
Feeling very insecured
Suicidal thoughts
Pls help me
