Brief Answer:
OCCASIONAL BLEEDING WITH LOOSE STOOLS MIGHT BE AN ABDOMINAL INFECTION

Detailed Answer:
Hi...
Welcome to "Ask a Doctor" service.
I am Dr Ajeet XXXXXXX

I have gone through your query and here is my opinion.

The symptoms of loose stools with bleeding is very likely due to abdominal infection and usually E. coli is the causative organism.
There might be associated fever and cramps.
The symptoms are worse in children and older people and especially in people with comorbidities.

Abdominal infection may be due to infected water, contaminated food, undercooked food or unpasteurized milk.

Keep yourself well hydrated and have hygienic food.
Avoid junk foods.
See your clinician for complete evaluation, clinical examination and management.

Hope that I have answered your query.

Stay healthy and stay blessed.
Regards.
