Brief Answer:
Hii. Welcome to the health care services. You are having chest congestion.

Detailed Answer:
Hii. Welcome to the health care services. You are having chest congestion. You can take montelukast levicetrizine combination drug. Don't take steroids orally for a long time. It has its side effects. Montelukast levicetrizine will reduce the inflammation of the air ways and dilate the airways. Take steam inhalation. You can take salbutamol or steroid nebulisation or if needed metered dose inhaler. You can start chest physiotherapy. If its not resolving within 1 week then you can start antibiotic augmentin to prevent any bacterial infection. Do a chest x ray. Do a routine blood test and reviwe with the report. Please review of you have ang queries.
