                                    Brief Answer:
can take tab. sildenafil 50 mg.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I can understand your concern. Here is my advise.
As per your history, you are having erectile dysfunction. For that you can take tab. Sildenafil 50 mg 1 hr before sexual intercourse; after physician consultation as you don't have any health issue.
As you are already taking tab. stamlo 5 mg, so there is chance of side effect i.e. low blood pressure.
As well as, as per your age there is chance of slow metabolism which causes higher amount of dosage stays in circulation for long time.
So I think you should take lowest dose of tab. sildenfil after physician consultation.
Along with that take balanced diet, keep yourself hydrated, avoid smoking and alcohol.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Thank you.

Dr. Shyam Kale.
