Brief Answer:
Please refer to the detailed answer below

Detailed Answer:
Hello

After reviewing your medical query I would like to tell you that as you are a cardiac patient there are certain cardiac medications (like nitrate group) which should not be combined with viagra as their combination can lead to sudden severe hypotension.

Also the status of your average blood pressure is important. So I would like to suggest you to kindly consult your primary physician so that he can review all your medications which you are currently taking, monitor your bp and then advise you accordingly.

Hope to have been helpful.

Kind Regards
Dr Bhanu Partap
