Brief Answer:
Please confirm from the barber first and decrease your anxiety levels
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing in to us.
Barbers are taught to discard used blades and use new for every customer. It is possible that you did not see him change the blade. If possible please visit the barber and confirm he uses new blades for every customer. You may request to see any CCTV images if stored in the shop.
You might have got the fear due to anxiety. Please relax and feel confident that a new blade was used for the purpose.

Sir incase if he used a blade that was used to some other person who has hiv do I get hiv
Brief Answer:
Possibility is extremely less likely
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing in.
There are multiple events that need to hold good for transmission of HIV.
There should be a HIV patient on who the blade was used.
The HIV patient should have had a cut with bleeding.
The blade should have come in contact with HIV positive blood.
The same blade should have been used for you.
You should have cut using the same blade.
There should have been bleeding of mix of the HIV blood and your blood.
Do you know HIV is killed in less than 5 minutes when exposed to air.
Therefore the possibility of all above events is extremely less likely for your case.
Regards,
