Hi, I Am Sujoy XXXXXXX From XXXXXXX West Bengal XXXXXXX

Cognitive behavioral therapy....
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
I went through your post with diligence and I understand there are multiple issues going around physically, financially as well as emotionally. And I am happy that you are motivated to lead a good and healthy life.
First I need you to realize these problems are something that can be rectified overnight. And so you need to remain positive and motivated just as you are now.
Second, you need to address the physical stressors. While yoga and meditations have been found to be useful in helping people manage stressors, you may also need to talk to someone about the stress and work pressure involved. In such situation my suggestion is a counsellor. But if you are not ready to talk to one yet, you may consider discussing the problems with your friend, manager or a close family relative. Just speaking about you problem will provide some comfort if not all.
Third, you should get the sleep issue sorted. For this, I will suggest you a few options:
1. Make sure you hit the bed at a constant time. The earlier, the better. And have your dinner atleast 2 hours before getting into bed.
2. No snacking in between.
3. Preferably avoid television or laptop in the bed.
4. Dim lights and maintain a comfortable room temperature.
5. Avoid day time naps.
If these aren't working, then I will recommend you consider cognitive behavioural therapy.
In addition to the above, I will also urge you to start physical exercise - atleast 20-30 minutes of brisk walking daily and if possible few minutes at the gym. Have a balanced diet and keep it regular. No fasting or missing meals. Drink lots of fluids to stay hydrated.
Hope this helps you. Let me know if you need any other information.
Regards
