Don't worry, Put Nasivion pediatric nasal drops, continue Montair LC
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for asking on this platform
I have gone through the query and do understand your concern.
Nasal blockage that too mainly during night time and without any other significant is most likely allergic on origin. Other uncommon could be nasal polyps.
In such cases putting Nasivion (pediatric) solution 1-2 drops in each nostril before going to bed helps. Follow this for 5-7 days and then on SOS basis that means only when needed.
Continue giving Montelukast levocetrizine combination Montair LC as this helps in long term control. Keep him well hydrated by giving plenty of fluids. No need to give maxtra as this also contains antiallergic like montair LC. Also taxim o which is an antibiotic is not needed here.
I hope this will work. If symptoms persists please consult your pediatrician or an ENT specialist for local examination to rule out deviated nasal septum or polyp.
Please let me know if you have any more doubts.
Regards
