Question : Hi, I am facing difficulty in breathing. When I breathe it makes a wheezing sound and causes shortness of breath. I also feel exhausted when I try to do some physical activity. Please suggest some medicine for me.

I can understand your concern.
By your history and description, possibility of either asthma or bronchitis is more likely.
Treatment is Allegra M tablet at night along with Acebrophyllin tablet.
Inhaled bronchodilators (formoterol or salmeterol) and inhaled corticosteroid (ICS) (budesonide or fluticasone) is also advisable.
