                                            Question : Hi , 
I am having knee pain, already appointment was done with Ortho clinic. He is given some suggestions. But it self I am doing one test. Name is ANA IF test. This test is showing positive, but intensity is week . Ratio is 1:40 only. Is any thing serious. Please respond and give some suggestions.

the ANA test you have uploaded is not significant, it is as good as having a negative test.
so I sugest dont worry about it, medicine can be taken for knee pain as advised by the doctor.

It is useful if the rheumatologist has diagnosed you with an inflammatory arthritis, the ra factor , anti ccp and ana may be useful. However in your case the titer of the test is very low, so we can't say that it is significantly positive.
