Question : Hi , I am suffering with piles and hemorrhoids since 3 days went to general physician, he prescribed SMUTH ointment, amoxicillin and potassium clavulanate for 3 days, domperidone for 3 days, due to smuth pain got relieved but the pile has not reduced, i am attaching the pics, i have applied smuth.. please do the needful.

It is significantly big enough. It may not get shrunken totally with Smuth ointment. It may have to be removed surgically.
