Question : Hi, I am worried that i might have oral cancer. My symptoms include burning/tingling sensation/ dry feeling of lips and tongue which comes and go and also is not fixed in location. I also noticed a small bump (uneven patch) on tongue when i run my fingers through it. I’m wondering if these are symptoms of oral cancer or might it be something else?

Since when did the bump start ?
How big is the lesion ?
Are the lesions painful and do they bleed ?
