Question : Hi, I believe I have had an abscess on my anus, this has popped and for 5 days now I have had puss leaking.

No pain now no other effects simply the puss continues to slowly leak out.

Should I take flucloxacillin?

No need for antibiotics, you are basically cured, provided the pus stops at some point. If you develop fever, or feel otherwise ill you should see a doctor for complete drainage under anesthesia.
