Question : Hi, I contacted a doctor here on May 4th about an irritation under the forsekin of my penis. it is only on the left side, like a minor cut. i tried using over the counter antifungal cream as suggested on here and it has never gotten better. it will die down for a little while and then come back just as bad. prior, i also tried using cortisone which did the same. please let me know what else i can do. thanks

The irritation that you have is mostly due to fungal infection .Take following treatment for 10 days .
1) Tab Fluconazole twice daily orally .
2) Candid cream for local application beneath Foreskin.
3) Get your blood sugar level test done to rule out Diabetes .
Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily .
Ensure to practice safe sex using condom .
This should work out for you .
