Brief Answer:
Cyst in your right ovary. Ultrasound is recommended.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for using healthcaremagic to post your health problem.

I saw carefully the report.
It says that you have a cyst in your right ovary, and in front of it an area that cannot be identified what it is by mri. There is nothing else not usual in your pelvis.
But to identify what that area in front of the cyst is, it is recommended to do a special ultrasound that checks that area carefully.

I hope I have answered your question.
Let me know if you have other questions or concerns.

Regards,
Dr. Papaqako
