Question : Hi. I had a ct cardio angiogram on Monday. The results came back saying i have zero calcium score and all arteries are clear and fine. My doctor said to quit smoking and eat better. I do have ectopic beats which he said were benign. Your opinion?
Brief Answer:
It’s a good report
Detailed Answer:
Hello
After going through the medical details provided by you I would like to tell you that having a calcium score of zero is great and you need not worry.
However you have to strictly consider the advice of your doctor and you should stop smoking completely and start following healthy lifestyle routine routine which includes
1. No smoking
2. Daily morning exercise or walk for at at least 40 mins.
3. Healthy diet with high protein and low carbs
4. Plenty of water intake
Smoking also promotes ectopics so once you will stop smoking most likely these ectopics will also recover.
Kind Regards
It’s a good report
