Question : Hi, I had a hard pimple like lump in groin area. I thought it was a ingrown hair and tried to remove it, nothing came out of lumb and it scabbed over with slight random pain in area. A second hard pimple like lumb appeared in the same area this morning. It does not have any puss on top nor are they blisters. I think it could be boils or possibly staph infection.
