Hi, I Had A Scrotal Ultrasound After Feeling A Mass
SCROTAL ULTRASOUND
INDICATION: Right-sided palpable abnormality, increasing in size over past 2 weeks
Right testis measures 4.7 x 2.4 x 2.3 cm. Left testis measures 4.3 x 2.7 x 2.1 cm. Blood flow and Doppler signal are seen bilaterally. Scrotal wall thickness is 18 mm on the right and 4 mm on the left. Small varicoceles are seen bilaterally. There is no evidence of hydrocele. Right epididymis measures 1.4 x 1.0 x 1.4 cm. Left epididymis measures 1.1 x 1.0 x 1.1 cm.
IMPRESSION:
1. No evidence of testicular torsion.
2. Palpable abnormality reflects marked right scrotal wall thickening.
3. Small varicoceles bilaterally.
Nothing to worry .You can go ahead with your scheduled trip.

Based on the facts and report of your Ultrasound Scan of Scrotum that you have posted
the swelling of the scrotum that you have is due to infection of sub cutaneous (Soft)tissue of Scrotal wall .
Start taking antibiotics like Cetexime or Doxicycline along with anti inflammatory medicine like Diclofenac and Serropeptidase twice daily for a week ..
This would work for you .
