I have the radiology report at this time. Could you please explain in terms I can understand? Thanks

Here is the info from the MRI as reported by the radiologist.
EXAMS: Reason for Exam::
0000 MRI EXTREM LOWER LT W/WO
HISTORY:
Left calf pain
COMPARISON:
None
TECHNIQUE:
Multisequence multiplanar MR imaging was performed before after the
administration of 20 mL gadolinium
FINDINGS:
There is periosteal new intermedullary bone marrow edema in the
medial mid tibial diaphysis consistent with moderate grade stress
reaction (Fredericson grade III). No discrete linear fracture is
seen. The fibula is normal. The surrounding musculature of the left
calf is normal.
IMPRESSION:
1. Moderate stress reaction of the mid medial tibial diaphysis with
no discrete linear fracture. This corresponds to the area of
patient's symptoms.
2. No abnormal enhancement or mass.

Brief Answer:
There is swelling of the tibia bone likely due to physical stress
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing back.
I am sorry for the delay due to unavoidable circumstances.
The above findings in your MRI report show an area in the tibia bone with features of mild bone swelling (called bone marrow edema) and this is a likely consequence of physical stress on the bone in the shin area.
There is no break in the bone to call it a fracture.
There is no cancer like changes in the bone.
The muscles surrounding the bones are normal.
It might take few weeks to allow the bone swelling to heal.
My apologies for delay in reply.
Please do write back with your doubts.
