Thanks for the query.I understand your concern.
1.Due to the weakness following Dengue fever &strong medicines taken,there is hormonal imbalance ..which can many a times lead to delayed periods...so Good news is that you are more likely to get delayed periods .
Wait for a week more & if there is no period till then get home pregnancy test done to exclude pregnancy....If at all it is present...confirm it by blood test as little unhygienic, white discharge or urine problem can give you false +ve.
2.Dengue is a risk alarm in pregnancy...having bad effects on development &maturity of pregnancy. Complete recovery from the disease takes about two weeks.so conception before that would be risky .
So if test is positive you should think of getting it terminated...under an expert gynecologist's care.
